防落石鋼線網極限承載力之研究

A Study for the Limit Load of Steel Wire Net against Rockfall

摘要


台灣年年受到地震、颱風災害的威脅,山區落石災害經常發生。本文先以簡單的鋼索案例用不同電腦程式作彈性分析,進一步又研究鋼線環圈的非線性極限承載力,探討彈性模數、直徑的變化對鋼線環圈軸力的影響。本研究用鋼線網結構實驗案例的不同環圈鋼線直徑、材料性質,以不同幾何形狀模擬環圈進行極限承載力分析,分析結果與鋼線網結構實驗結果相近。然後模擬不同假設條件的鋼線網進行極限承載力與位移分析,並針對其彈性模數、降伏應力、直徑、橫向加載方面,找出鋼線網的極限承載力與位移曲線,研究結果可作為鋼線網防災工程之參考。

Taiwan was threatened by earthquakes and typhoons every year. Disasters of mountain rock falls occurred frequently. The first case of a simple cable was calculated with different computer programs for elastic analysis. The nonlinear ultimate load of the steel ring was studied. Then, the influences on axial force of the steel ring by modulus of elasticity, changes of ring diameter were discussed. According to the structural test example of steel wire net, the limit load analyses of ring-type wire net were carried out by different diameters of steel wire, material properties and geometric shapes. The analytical results were close to the experimental results of the cable net structure. The ultimate load and deformation analyses of steel wire net were studied with different assumed conditions. Those conditions included the elastic modulus, yielding stress, diameter of steel wire, transverse loading. Then, the load-deflection curves were found. Results of this research for steel wire net can be a reference used for the disaster prevention engineering.
