國內接著劑、塗料及有機溶劑市場分析與前景評估

摘要


有機溶劑工業具有古老的發展歷史,隨著近代科技與石化工業的技術發展,在石化裂解,油脂萃取,農醫藥品生產,礦業工業以及紡織工業等方面都開闢了新的用途。 有鑑於有機溶劑對於人體以及環境危害造成的環保問題日益嚴重,目前化學工業應用中減少大量使用有機溶劑作為對職工安全以及環境友善的生產策略之一。在此一趨勢下,本研究將探討國內外主要工業國家有機溶劑市場與技術應用的發展現況,更希望透過分析來了解有機溶劑應用於高附加價值的特用化學品上的分析前景。 近年台灣由於國內需求少,使得有機溶劑相關產業多以出口外銷為主。相關產品技術發展也因為市場導向以及考量國內對於環境保護的意識高漲,使得有機溶劑市場製造與發展逐年萎縮。但是面對國際間新興國家積極發展的趨勢,本研究建議企業以投資國內設立研發中心,於海外設廠生產的方式,來爭取有機溶劑產品高值化的契機。

There is an ancient history of organic solvent industrial applications. In these recent years, there are lots of new applications of the organic solvent using in these petrochemical industries, such as petrochemical cracking, oil extraction, agriculture, pharmaceuticals manufacturing, mining industry and the textile industry. It is because the hazards for the human body and the environment caused by the increasingly usages of organic solvents. And the problems of health and environment prevention get more and more seriously. The strategies of organic solvents were widely used in all kinds of industrial applications for the purposes of employee safety and environmental friendly. Base on the purposes, analysis and collecting the new applications of organic solvent from the major industrial countries and market would be done in this study. In the results of this study, the development of the organic solvent market scale were increasing in the developing countries, and getting decreasing in Taiwan year by year. The suggestions were recommended to get a better opportunity, which indicated the replacement of organic solvent by green solvent, for higher value product applications of organic solvent in this study.
