運用工程管理提昇室內裝修的效率--以宜翊室內裝修設計公司為例

摘要

由於國人住宅自有率已非常得高，家庭住宅之需求量已漸漸達到
飽和的狀態。因此，舊屋在住戶的使用過程中，逐漸面臨到老化及損
壞等相關的問題，以致需要對建築物在各方面可能產生的問題進行各
種不同類型的修繕，才能維持住戶的居住品質或使住戶有更好的生活
環境及居住空間。除此之外，目前國內各類新建或既有建築物不定時
進行規模大小不一的室內裝修工程，已漸為一種流行的潮流。
特定且專屬性的專案是室內裝修業中的核心，專案執行績效的優
劣，可能會直接地左右室內裝修工程組織的存續。因此，如何作好室
內裝修工程的專案管理績效，一直是室內裝修界所關心的議題。每項
室內裝修工程專案都具有唯一性及獨特性，然而各類工程的施工程序
與管理其實有極為相似的模式和方法。所以，過去室內裝修專案工程
管理中所得到之經驗及知識，皆可應用於未來的個案，對於新的專案
工程管理會有很大的助益。
目前大多數的工程管理多為直接探討施工中的營建管理或品質
管理，卻忽略整體規劃設計及監造的專案管理。隨著民眾安全意識的
提高、住宅生活品質的提升，如何透過有效率、有組織、有計畫性的用於室內裝修工程的策略與方法。個案公司在透過工程管理化後，進
而使工作效率及營收大幅提升，本研究即透過其中的關係來進行探討。

Residential own rate in Taiwan has been very high; the demand for
residential housing has gradually reached the state of saturation. Aging
and damage to old housing and other related issues have been gradually
facing. Therefore, the need for various types of buildings to repair, in
order to maintain the quality of living or have a better living environment
and living space. In addition, all kinds of new or existing buildings for
interior decoration works, has gradually become a popular trend.
A project with specificity is the core of the interior decoration
industry, and the performance of project implementation will affect the
organization of interior decoration projects. Therefore, the project
management performance in the interior decoration is the interior
decoration industry is one of the issues of concern. Each interior
decoration project is unique and unique, but the construction process and
management in a variety of projects have very similar patterns and
methods. Therefore, the experience and knowledge gained in the past
interior decoration project management can be applied to future cases,
and there is a great help to the new project management.
The construction management or quality management is explored in
construction directly in most of the project management. But the overall
planning and design and supervision of the project management has been
ignored. With the improvement of public safety consciousness and the
improvement of living quality, how to improve the efficiency of engineering, reduce the cost and enhance the competitiveness of interior
decoration through project management is the focus of this research. In
other words, the project management methods used in interior decoration
works is discussed in this study. Through the project engineering
management, the efficiency of the work and revenue has been
significantly increased in the case of the company.
