In the past thirty years, the Internet has been developing explosively rapidly. Now that personal computers and mobile devices have reached most households and people, the distance between people seems to be shortened and it is a lot more convenient to communicate with others. The Internet has made life very convenient. Since the Internet is required for many things in day-to-day living, e-commerce services have become more significant than before. Through the Internet and electronic cash, users will no longer need to carry around physical money and neither will they be bound to certain places to make purchase. Users will only need to connect to the Internet to make trading and purchase online. Records of trading will be saved to allow users to keep track of expenses. To utilize the convenience of mobile pays, this paper proposes a QR code electronic cash system to realize the concept of electronic wallet through smart mobile devices. In the present study, the trapdoor hash function was used to readjust the electronic cash withdrawal system through which users withdraw fixed-amount electronic cash from bank. In the system proposed by this paper, users can apply to a certification center for digital certificate and use the certificate to register the amount they wish to withdraw. The proposed system provides more flexibility in handling electronic cash on smart mobile devices.
