運用資訊軟體提升室內設計的發展--以芽米空間設計有限公司為例

摘要

現在社會中，人與人之間的距離越來越疏遠，漠不關心，都市與鄉村的冷暖程度，已形成強烈的對比。家是一個舒服自在、提供能量與靈感，展現自我安頓身心據點。室內設計以「生活」做為文化與創意的介面，「設計」做為觸媒，催化多邊「產業化」，推動產業邁向創意、創新、創造的多方發展，做為文化創意產業的願景。
由於室內設計發展產業的性質，部分是文化創意產業，部分是營造業，幾乎完全是腦力密集，以智慧為資產的服務業。因此，本研究以芽米空間設計發展為主體，並以SWOT分析為研究理論架構的基礎，選擇個案研究的方式，分析與比較運用資訊軟體後的改變分析及其經營模式。
而個案公司則在透過資訊軟體E化後，擺脫過去曝光率低，至近年轉型後，公司提升個案經驗及提升內部管理，進而使效率及營收大幅提升，本研究即透過其中的關係來進行探討。

In today's society, the distance between people is becoming increasingly alienated and indifferent. Therefore, the degree of urban and rural well-being, a strong contrast has been formed. The home is comfortable and can provide energy and inspiration. Home is the point where self-settled mind and body are displayed. The interior design is based on "life" as the interface between culture and creativity. The interior design is based on "design" as a catalyst, catalyzing multilateral "industrialization." However, the interior design to promote the industry to creativity, innovation, and create the multi-development, as the cultural and creative industries vision.
As the nature of the industry in the development of interior design, part of the cultural and creative industries, part of the construction industry. Intel interior design is almost entirely brain-intensive, is the wisdom of the assets of the service industry. Therefore, the Yamspace Design Co., Ltd. as an example is taken in this study. The SWOT analysis was used as the basis of the theoretical framework, and the case analysis method was used to analyze and compare the change analysis and business model after the application of information software.
Using software technology in the case of the company, the low visibility of Yamspace Design Co., Ltd. has been rid of. In recent years, after the transformation, the case experience and internal management in the company was promoted, and then the efficiency and revenue has been greatly improved. However, the use of information software to enhance the development of interior design was explored in this study.
