營建剩餘土石方e憑證系統

E Certificate System for Construction Surplus Soil

摘要


本研究主要是開發台中市營建剩餘土石方資源處理商業同業公會所需之無紙化應用程式,這套無紙化應用程式在Android以及iOS作業系統上進行開發,由於收容場所業者每次工程結束後都要繳交紙本的工程聯單給主管機關,且每個主管機關都要保存3年。因此,造成紙本的剩餘土石方憑證聯單保存不易與查核困難,而且憑證聯單無任何管控,加上堆積如山的聯單不僅僅浪費紙張也需要花費大量的空間來保存。所以本研究旨在開發無紙化系統來解決其問題,其方法包含QR code、數位App線上簽證及雲端資料庫,完整呈現土石方的運送紀錄履歷(從申請、使用、 運送、收容到查核)來解決稽核與保存的問題,並且減少紙張的浪費,及降低人力與時間的成本。

In study, the development and design of Apps for construction surplus soil is proposed, as a number of documents is used to prove the legitimate transport. However, the transport documents generate some problems, such as lack of easy record storage, record check, and inefficient control. Furthermore, the transport documents are required to submit to the local government department for saving three years so that it is difficult to save and verify. Therefore, to solve these problems mentioned above, the paperless system which implemented on the Android and iOS systems is proposed and used for the surplus soil guild. The paperless system is composed of QR code module, mobile App for online certification, and storage in the cloud database. The results show that the surplus soil guild and government can check the transport records and processes instantaneously via the developed mobile App. Finally, they increase system efficiency and reduce cost by eliminating paper records and reducing labor hours for similar work load comparing to the paper-based certificates.
