華岡保全守護雲之行動裝置應用程式設計與開發

摘要


近年來智慧型行動裝置的普及,智慧型行動裝置已經是現代人生活中不可或缺的產品,人們對於資訊服務的需求量也大幅的增加。本研究主要開發Android與iOS作業系統為架構之智慧型行動裝置應用程式。在過去,華岡保全公司是使用人工撥打電話來通知使用者警報訊息,因此,本研究開發這套華岡保全守護雲App來解決其問題,使用者只需讓智慧型行動裝置連上網路及登入就能夠收到保全公司相關的推播訊息,也可以透過應用程式隨時掌握監控設備裝設地點的場地圖與現場狀況、訊息的歷史紀錄,使用者對資料的掌控與管理,藉此可以增加華岡保全公司與使用者之間互動,提升使用者感受度及滿意度,達到完善的保全服務。

In recent years, the intelligent mobile devices become very popular and indispensable in the humans life. Furthermore, the demands of information services are increased for people. However, in the past, the Hwakang security company informed the alarm message to users by calling phone artificially, and much money was spent for phone fees. Therefore, to solve the problem, in this study, the Guardian Cloud Apps are developed for Hwakang Security. The users can login to the Hwakang security system and receive the twitter message from the company through the Apps launched in Apple and Play stores, respectively. Besides, the users can check the history of message and monitor the site map or status where have been set up the monitor. By using the Guardian Cloud Apps, the users can control and manage the data easily. On the other hand, the interaction between the company and user will be increased to enhance the user's experience and satisfaction.
