近年由於中國人開始大量創業,而連鎖加盟是一種快速複製know-how的商業模式,能夠在短時間內大量展店,掀起一股創業熱潮,帶動加盟業的蓬勃發展。但因自行創業資金高、風險大,使得資本不必太雄厚的加盟或微型創業,成為炙手可熱的平民化行業。而由於餐飲業以及冷飲業進入門檻較低,成為加盟者的首選業態。目前中國大陸的飲料消費人口已達4億,並預估未來將快速增長。本研究以中國四云奶蓋貢茶為研究對象,並利用灰色關聯分析方法GM(0,N)之特性,發展適合中國冷飲業者在考核選擇加盟創業者時的評選指標。調查對象以中國四云奶蓋貢茶集團之各區分店經營管理團隊之專業人士及高階主管為主,共計回收29份有效問卷。研究結果顯示,中國四云奶蓋貢茶企業加盟總部甄選新進加盟主時,首先考量加盟者的「展店選擇區位因素」,其次考量加盟者的「加盟商特質」,而加盟者的「加盟動機」則列為最後的考量因素。「展店選擇區位因素」方面,以「店面選擇因素」為首要重視的項目;「加盟商特質」方面,以加盟者的「工作經驗」以及「經營管理能力」為首要兩項重視的項目;在加盟者的「加盟動機」項下之因素方面,以加盟總部的「實體資源」為較重視之項目。透過本研究結果,可供中國連鎖茶飲市場相關企業,遴選加盟者之參考。
With Chinese entrepreneurships on the rise recently, being able to open up massive physical stores at given time, franchising is the best business model to rapidly duplicate know-how and success; creating a trend for business adventure and development of franchisees. Due to the high risk and large sums of capital at stake, relatively cost-effective of being a franchisee or micro-business, becoming the business trend nowadays. Because of the low entry level of food and beverage servicing industry, being the first choice of investors comes naturally. With the beverage consumers reaching 400 million and expected to increase exponentially in mainland china near future. This study is based on SYNG Tea group, China, using the aspects of gray-correlation method GM (0,N) , forming selecting index which suits Chinese beverage serving company to examine and to select franchisees. The investigation focuses on SYNG Tea group, China, the branch stores, the local managing team, and the high-ranking supervisors of the headquarter. The study recovers 29 valid questionnaires, shows when SYNG Tea group, China evaluate potential franchisees, the first requirement would be store location, then the resume of franchisee, the motive of franchising comes last. In store location aspect, the environment and business location is the key. For the resume of franchisee, the working history, experience, level of management are primary considered; the motive of franchising is affected by physical resources the headquarter values. Through the study, provides guidelines of Chinese chain beverage serving industries, when examine potential franchisees.
