台灣地區在近年以來面臨大環境不景氣,非營利組織社團與基金會雖然蓬勃發展,然而在更強烈競爭的環境中,如何經營管理、競爭、募集目標款項,達成幫助目標服務族群,組織永續發展。透過文獻與訪談探討立人教育基金會經營模式,研究分析以Osterwalder and Pigneur(2012)經營模式為理論基礎,經由經營模式九要素(目標客層、價值主張、顧客關係、通路、收益流、關鍵活動、關鍵資源、關鍵合作夥伴、成本結構)進行質性個案研究,探討立人教育基金會的經營模式現況,再依據經營環境與SWOT分析進行經營模式要素與整體環境之評析。依據研究結果,本研究提出三項建議:(1) 聯合其他組織共同發展;(2) 結合基金會經驗提供企業發揮企業社會責任;(3) 維繫基金會與捐助者關係;據此提供立人教育基金會及中小型非營利組織在策略與實務之建議。
Recently, the non-profit organizations and foundations have flourished in Taiwan due to its economic recession. Nevertheless, the organizations should help the targeted customers to sustainable development by running the business, improving the competition and raising funds. Through the literature reviews and interview researches, this study explores the business model of the Lizen Educational Foundation. The foundational theory of this paper is based on the Osterwalder and Pigneurs’(2012) model. In addition, I apply the nine elementscustomer segments, value propositions, channels, customer relationships, revenue streams, key resources, key activities, key partnerships and cost structure - to develop the qualitative research method. Furthermore, I use the SWOT analysis and the integrated environment analysis to understand what are the essential factors of the business model. There are three suggestions of this paper as follows: First, cooperate with the other organizations. Second, combine the Lizen Foundation’s experience to help the business take the social responsibilities. Third, establish the relationship between the foundations and the donators. Hope the Lizen Educational Foundation and other middle or small non-profit organizations can develop the practical strategies from those suggestions.
