摘要 在不斷推陳出新的資訊科技中,企業對於資訊科技的運用及管理益形重要,企業為了維持原有的競爭優勢,對於資訊科技人才的需求亦隨之提昇。為了因應產業資訊管理人才市場的變化,資訊管理教育應研究如何提昇課程的層次,適切地規劃符合時代的學程,以培訓適切的資訊管理人才乃是個重要的課題。 因此本研究以次級資料的收集方式,分別針對2002年Peterson Guide公佈之全美排行前50名的商學院校與台灣的有設立資管學士學程教育之綜合性大學進行資料收集,然後利用樹狀分類方式進行資料的分類處理,進行美國與台灣資訊管理學士學程課程現況之比較研究。 研究發現,美國在資訊管理學士學程的規劃,在課程三大構面的分析結果中,以企業組織弁鉬P運用的課程比例最多,資訊技術與科技的課程比例次之,第三為資訊系統與方法構面的課程,而台灣則是三構面的課程設計均衡分佈。
Abstract Under the continuous innovated information technology, the importance of information technology application and management is increasing. In order to maintain original competition advantages, enterprises’ requirements for information technology personnel are increased, too. For complying with variation in industrial information technology human resources, it is an important topic for information management education to research on how to promote course levels and make appropriate plan that consistent with program of the age to train suitable information management personnel. Therefore, this research collects data from the Top 50 USA Business Colleges published by Peterson Guide, 2002 and universities that have Undergraduate Degree Program in Management Information Systems in Taiwan by use of Secondary Data, and then utilize classification tree to classify data and proceed to comparative research course of Undergraduate Degree Program in Management Information Systems in USA and Taiwan. From the research it is discovered that in the planning of undergraduate degree program in MIS, the program courses analysis results by the three major courses classification dimensions show that USA has the highest percentages in the course of Business Organization Function and Application, IT and Technology course is the second, third is IS and Approach dimension, and Taiwan has average distribution in three courses dimensions.
