ERP專利地圖分析之研究

摘要


日前行政院提「知識經濟發展方案」,鼓勵企業及社會大眾充分運用知識來創造價值。許多國家或組織在衡量知識經濟時代的國家競爭力指標時,都有一項共通性的指標,那就是「專利的產出」。因此要發展我國知識經濟,專利實為創造「知識經濟」最有效的武器,「專利的產出」對企業而言,不僅累積企業智慧與經驗,還能為客戶提供更好的服務品質,以提昇企業的競爭優勢。 因此,本研究將以此為出發點,利用適當的專利指標做為研究方向的策略依據,藉由ERP專利資料來得知目前ERP軟體發展的趨勢。本研究以ERP、Enterprise resource planning來進行檢索,採用連穎科技所開發的專利分析軟體─Patent Guider 1.0來蒐尋USPTO的專利資料。本研究將檢索出的專利經過初步瀏覽後,所得到符合主題的資料共834筆專利,將834筆專利進行專利地圖分析。藉由ERP的專利地圖分析與探討,使企業決策者對ERP的趨勢與動態有更進一步的認知與了解。

The Executive Yuan has just announced “Development scheme of knowledge economy” encouraging enterprises and the public to apply knowledge in order to create value. By the time while National Competitiveness Index in the Knowledge Economy Age is being evaluated by many countries or organizations, they realize that there is a common index, i.e. “output of the patent”, therefore, in order to develop Taiwan’s knowledge economy, the patent is an effective weapon to create it, so for an enterprise, “output of the patent” can not only accumulate the wisdom and experience of the enterprise, but also provide customers with better service quality; as a result, the competitive advantage will be enhanced. This research takes appropriate patent index as the tactical base of researching direction, and finds out the developing trend of ERP software by the information of ERP patent. This study utilized the term “ERP”, “enterprise resource planning” as the keyword to search ERP-related patents in the patent database. Patent Guider 1.0 was adopted to search ERP-related patents in the USPTO database. After browsing basically the searchable patents, there were 834 patents fit into with the topic, so we are carrying on patent map analysis based on these 834 patents. An enterprise policymaker will have a further acknowledge and better understanding of the trend and dynamic situation by conferring and analyzing patent map of ERP.
