語意式企業入口資訊系統之建置

摘要


企業資訊入口網站是企業強化知識管理、增加內外部協同合作、整合資訊與改善決策效率的關鍵利器。然而,企業內部許多早先建立的應用系統,在其組織內維持所謂一致性『標準』上僅止於資料庫的集中與整合,大都沒有共通的資料交換模式。而語意網(Semantic Web)的概念資源描述架構,利用URI、metadata來描述網頁資源,加上使用延伸式標示語言(XML)之資料描述與交換標準,因此能夠廣泛地應用在網路上並且表達出資料語意層面的內涵。 本文利用語意網建置的機制來改良現今一般以HTML為基礎架構的企業入口網站,透過XML資料作為交換與儲存格式的基礎,配合本體論(ontology)和框架語言(Frame Logic)將不同知識領域所包含的概念及關聯特性整合至資料和系統架構中,建置一個具統一執行介面標準的瀏覽器程式執行環境,期望能解決使用多種操作介面的困擾,更能實現跨點、跨區域的優勢,使企業內資料真正的動起來。

Enterprise Information Portal (EIP) is a key point to refortify knowledge management, enhance collaboration, integrate information and improve decision efficiency within the enterprise. However, various application systems built up earlier cause a so-called “consistent standard” working only on the collection and integration of databases and usually do not have a common data-exchange mode. This paper adopts the Semantic Web technologies to establish a distinguished EIP. We utilize XML as a basic format to exchange and save data to build up a unified interface of the browser-based web execution environment by using Ontology and Frame Logic so as to integrate all the different concepts and associative features into a system framework. Furthermore, our research is expected to solve the problem of using various interfaces and to make the data more active and meaningful.
