TiO2膜厚對色劑增感太陽電池光電轉換效率之影響

摘要


本研究探討溶膠-凝膠法(Sol-Gel)製備TiO2多孔性厚膜,以研究膜厚對光電轉換效率之影響。研究結果顯示,以四苯基紫質和雷射染劑分別作為光敏劑,來增加對光源的吸收與利用,其中,使用銀膠對提升太陽能電池光電性質有很大幫助,能量轉換效率可大幅增加30倍以上;TiO2厚膜電極最佳膜厚約為4.5μm,吸附Zn-TPP和吸附R610 Chloride染劑的太陽能電池能量轉換率最高可達2.79﹪與2.54﹪

This study prepare the TiO2 thick film by sol-gel method, discuss the relation between film thickness and photoelectric conversion efficiency. The result show that TPP ( tetraphenylporphine ) and Laser dye are used as dye respectively, to increase light absorb. In fact, the silver paste can enhance the photoelectric property, the energy conversion efficiency can increase more than 30 times. The best thickness of TiO2 thick film is about 4.5μm, the max efficiency of solar cell absorb Zn-TPP and R610 Chloride dye can attain 2.79﹪and 2.54.
