企業應用系統整合—以金融控股公司為例

Enterprise Application Integration–the Case Study for a Financial Holding Company

摘要

台灣於2001 年加入世界貿易組織(WTO)，在全球化經濟體制下,國內金融機構正面臨
著前所未有的激烈競爭；市場開放後，外商金融機構直接投入台灣金融市場，金融
自由化、國際化及整併聲浪四起的情境下，使台灣的金融版圖出現劇烈變動。
政府為落實金融改革政策，於民國九十年通過金融控股公司法籍以提昇國內金
融機構之競爭力，金融市場由原來的寡占市場走向競爭市場，且大型金融控股公司
的市占率大幅提升。
金融機構為因應金融環境變遷並達成跨業綜合經營效益目標，購併以許多形式
出現，如經營權移轉、策略聯盟、同業購併、垂直式購併、異業購併等，透過金融
控股公司展開跨業整合。
本研究以金融控股公司為例，為提高金融控股公司盈餘利潤，於推展行銷活動
時可有效快速找出目標客群，須考量到客戶資料的一致性，有效整合旗下子公司之
跨平台客戶資訊，運用資料倉儲技術，粹取子公司線上交易系統的資料、轉置整合、
載入資料倉儲，建立一以客戶為主體的金控企業資料倉儲，運用資訊傳遞工具，如
即興查詢(Ad Hoc Query)、報表(Report)、線上分析（OLAP）、資料採礦（Data Mining）
或應用系統(Application), 將整合後的資訊傳送給使用者。
在此我們以金控資料倉儲為基礎，將金控旗下各金融子公司資料加以整合，並
建構一原型應用系統，以單一面相呈現客戶於金控集團所擁有的產品及其對金控之
貢獻等相關資訊；推出新型金融商品時，各子公司前線理財專業人員，可跨子公司
迅速找出目標客群，執行交叉行銷，協助客戶投資子公司各項金融商品，獲取最大
收益以滿足金控集團內部行銷及財務專業同仁之需求。

Nowadays, the financial institutions need to face more competitive environment with the foreign financial institutions in Taiwan after the government joining World Trade Organization (WTO). In 2001, the government passed the new law for financial holding companies to help financial institutions to improve their competitiveness.
To meet this challenge, financial holding companies have to find out a new way to get more profit. To integrate customer information of FHC, we need to get the data cross-platform and cross-business while presenting a consistent and transparent interface to customers. Setting up an Enterprise Application Integration and build Enterprise Data Warehouse will be a good solution for FHC.
We focus on the data integration within legacy systems of the subsidiaries in the FHC. Using data warehousing techniques to extract transform and load data from various systems into FHC Enterprise Data Warehouse. An employee of FHC may access consolidated customer information as a clear single view quickly by information delivery tools developed from information department or from vender.
