一個好的產品設計包含了許多要素,例如:外形、功能、使用便利性等等。其中,產品的外形要素(包含形狀、質感、色彩等),是消費者接觸到產品的第一步。如果產品的外形無法帶給消費者視覺上以及心理上的驚喜和滿足,則將使消費者對它失去進一步了解的慾望。成功的產品造形必須要能反映這個產品的使用方式、功能以及它背後的設計涵義,甚至是一個時代的文化,幫助消費者理解它的內在。 視覺構成的藝術和創作本來是和各種二度空間創作藝術聯想在一起,了解視覺上的藝術對美感的增進有莫大的幫助。在本研究中,將以分析視覺原理為起點,依據所探討的視覺美感原則,以其中的「比例」重點為主軸,提出一套以黃金比例及其系統下的動態矩形為基礎的產品外觀校正模式;藉由與專業設計師們的訪談討論與觀察,以及針對黃金比例來做檢測的問卷,來研究如何將視覺原理應用於產品造形,期待新生代的設計者閱讀本文能夠理解專家們的思考方式和經驗,在產品造形設計上能夠有所啟發和突破。 本文研究成果,提出了一套以黃金比例為基礎的產品外形校正模式,利用這個模式包含了四大類校正產品外形的法則,這四個法則能夠確保設計者所設計的產品外形會符合基本的比例美感關係。 另外在文中訪談設計師的部分,紀錄了與國內知名設計公司浩漢產品設計的設計師們對談的過程,讀者可以由此看到一些他們的設計思考過程,以及如何應用平面設計理論於產品設計。
A good product design contains several elements such as shape, functions, conveniently using, etc., among which the shape (configuration, texture, color, etc.) is the first factor in contact with consumers. If the product shape cannot surprise and satisfy customer visually and mentally, the customer would probably lose the desire to further know the product. A successful product shape design shall reflect on the method of using, functions, implied meaning and even the culture of a specific era, which helps the customer understand the product’s inherent value. Visual arts and compositions are essentially associated with various 2-dimensional creations. Thus, seizing the visual arts can help people enhance the aesthetic sense significantly. This paper, proceeding from the analysis on the visual principles, has proposed an adjustment mode of product shape based on the golden ratio and the dynamic rectangles under this mechanism, according to the principle of visual aesthetics and by focusing on the golden ratio in this principle. In this connection the way to apply visual principles for product shape design has been studied through the issuing of questionnaires about the golden ratio and by interviewing, observing and discussing with professionals in this field. It is expected that this paper will help inspire new-generation designers with the professional way of thinking and expertise for breakthroughs in product design. The research bring up an adjustment mode of product shape based on the golden ratio, this mode cotains four rules about product shape adjusting.The four rules can keep designers’ design will conform to the basic visual principles. Besides, in the part of interviewing , recording the process of interviewing with the designers of NOVA , a famous design company in Taiwan.Readers can see how these designers using visual principles of their product design, and how they thinking.
