國產不同品牌PCR相關產品之比較

摘要


PCR相關產品專利相繼到期,所以國產PCR相關產品一一問世,本實驗過程幾乎都能採用國產PCR相關產品,自Taq DNA聚合酶、洋菜膠、DNA梯型標記、PCR反應管、染色體DNA試劑組、小型電泳槽、電源供應器、電動分注器…等。 各廠商產品繁多而產品項目也互有不同,但0.2 ml PCR反應管目前國內只有一家廠商生產,其與國外知名品牌相比較,在PCR反應管加熱處理的品質,以及有或沒有經過高溫高壓蒸氣消毒後,對PCR反應效率的比較上,於加熱品質與對PCR反應效率和國外品牌AB或LAB差異不大。 Taq DNA聚合酶各品牌產品互有差異,以國產染色體DNA試劑組抽取Pseudomonas fluorescens、牛肉與豬肉DNA和各品牌Taq DNA聚合酶,利用添加不同DNA與酵素濃度,來比較各品牌Taq DNA聚合酶之活性和計算各國內廠商Taq DNA聚合酶產品每一反應所需費用。結果,許多品牌的Taq DNA聚合酶其PCR之效率同樣並不遜色於英國產之SR Super-Therm Taq DNA聚合酶,而其實際售價僅為英國SR Super-Therm之十分之一或更低。 所以國產PCR相關產品在品質上與外國品牌比較差異並不太大,而在價格上更是有許多優勢,所以國產的PCR相關產品於市場上的商機將是可期。

The patents about the relevant products in polymerase chain reaction (PCR) will expire soon, so the domestic PCR-relative products have the potential marketing in the near future. In this study, we compared the foreign and domestic PCR-relative products including Taq DNA polymerase, agarose, DNA ladder marker, PCR tube, chromosomal isolation kit, mini-electrophoresis tank, power supply, electric micropipette. The 0.2ml PCR tube is made by only one domestic company. The quality of the domestic PCR tube was the same as of the products of AB or LAB, in heat treatment or in the efficiency of PCR after autoclave or not. The qualities of domestic Taq DNA polymerase were some variation. The total genomes of Pseudomonas fluorescens, beef, and pork were isolated by domestic chromosomal purification kit. Comparing the PCR efficiencies of 6 Taq DNA polymerases from local companies to the efficiency of UK’s SR Super-Therm Taq DNApolymerase for the three templates, they had the similar efficiency but with only one-tenth price or even lower. In summary, the qualities of domestic relevant products of PCR are similar to the products of foreign brands, but the costs of domestic products are cheaper than those of foreign products.
