混酸中鋁第二次陽極處理研究

摘要


二次陽極處理的優點是可以得到大範圍的規則孔洞,為了加強陽極氧化鋁膜的性質,本實驗於第二次陽極處理時分別採用硝酸、硼酸做為改質劑,並探討影響混酸中生成的陽極氧化鋁膜之諸因素,如:混酸組成、電解液溫度、陽極處理時間、陽極處理電壓等。 利用溶膜試驗、光澤度計、及掃描式電子顯微鏡可以證明加入添加劑後有以下的效果:較高膜密度、孔洞較深、孔洞排列較為緻密。 由實驗結果發現,在以下條件:電解液為15wt%的硫酸、浴溫25 ℃、電壓25V、第二次陽極處理時間50分鐘中,若添加15g/L硝酸可得最厚膜厚為56μm,若添加15g/L硼酸可得最大硬度510Hv之膜。

The benefit of two step anodizing is to form a self-organizing nanoporous structure which is long-range ordering. In order to improve the properties of anodic film, the nitric acid or boric acid is respectively added to be modifiers in the second step anodization, and then discuss the effects of the parameters on anodic film, such as the composition of mixed acid, temperature of electrolyte, anodizing time and anodizing voltage. Film dissolution test, glossmeter and Scanning Electron Microscopy demonstrate that modifiers reach a higher film density, deeper pore depth and closer pore arrangement. Under the conditions of electrolyte of 15wt% sulfuric acid, bath temperature of 25℃, anodizing voltage of 25V and anodizing time of 50 minutes, the addition of 15g/L nitric acid obtains the thickest film thickness of 56 μm;the addition of 15g/L boric acid obtains the best film microhardness of 510 Hv.
