中文摘要 現今微型化自動對焦系統有三大主要解決方案 - 步進馬達,音圈馬達及壓電材料。隨著影像感應器像素增大,消費者對影像品質及功能的要求越趨增長,微型自動對焦系統已成為手持式通訊產品,攜帶型個人電腦 (筆記型電腦,UMPC 等)或照相電子類產品不可或缺的必備元件。本篇論文將針對三種不同之微型自動對焦系統解決方案,深入探討分析其驅動原理,組裝便利性,鏡頭模組設計,耗電流量及各方面之使用優缺點。同時針對其產品整合性,以手機相機模組為主軸,做實例應用示範論證。
Abstract Currently, Micro-Auto Focus system has three main solutions- Stepping Motor, VCM (Voice Coil Motor) and Piezo. With the increase of sensors pixels and more and more high-end image quality and powerful functions requested by consumers, Micro-Auto Focus system has become an essential component for mobile phones, portable PC (such as notebook, UMPC and so on),and DSC products. This dissertation will base on these three Micro-Auto Focus system solutions to analyze the theory of actuator, the convenience of assembly, lens module design, power consumption and other portions’merits and drawbacks. Meanwhile, for product integration, the camera module would be selected as a real example to do demonstration.
