電解拋光對陽極氧化膜的影響

摘要


本研究為探討電解拋光對於陽極氧化膜物性的影響,期望利用電解拋光的程序能夠對於陽極氧化膜的物性,例如: 膜厚、硬度、光澤度、反射率有更好的改良。並利用溶膜試驗和使用SEM和AFM來檢視與觀察陽極氧化膜的表面狀況。 實驗結果發現,在比較有經過電解拋光的鈻片與無經過電解拋光的鈻片後,其中的陽極氧化膜的光澤度有極其明顯的改善,在未經過電解拋光的陽極氧化膜光澤度為16.8,經過了電解拋光的程序後,其光澤度就變為83.0。而在反射率的部分也有明顯的改善,其中在未經過電解拋光的陽極氧化膜的反射率74.9%,而後在經過電拋光後的陽極氧化膜的反射率己提升至98.3%,己有很顯著的改善。電解拋光對於提升光澤度和反射率是很合適的程序,但是在硬度和抗腐蝕性的表現上是不好的,也就是說當提升光澤度和反射率的同時,卻同時也犧牲了硬度和抗腐蝕性。

This research is to explore the influence of polishing on anodic film, expecting to improve the properties such as thickness 、hardness、gloss、reflectivity of anodic film by using polishing process. The surface conditions of anodic film was investigated and observed by the dissolution test, SEM and AFM. Comparing polished aluminum sheet with unpolished one in experiments, the gloss of anodic film from polishing process improves greatly and reaches 83.0, while that from unpolished one reaches 16.8. The effect on reflectivity is similar to that on gloss. The reflectivity of the anodic film increases from 74.9% to 98.3% for polishing. The result is obvious. Polishing process is good for improving gloss and reflectivity, but bad for enhancing hardness and anti-corrosion. When the gloss and reflectivity of the anodic film are improved, the hardness and anti-corrosion ability are contrarily forced to sacrificed.
