物流引進RFID之關鍵因素研究

摘要


本研究是針對物流業引進 RFID 時,應考量之關鍵因素做一深入之探討,以採取多個案研究方法,在研究過程中參考國內外資訊科技導入之相關文獻及實際參加規劃與導入之專家意見,設計一套問卷調查,以做為研究的基礎;其中包含外部環境因素、內部環境因素、組織特性、交易環境、系統利基、系統供給面及系統資訊等七個構面共七十個變數。 先以因素分析法 (Factor Analysis)萃取物流引進 RFID的主要關鍵因素項目,包括導入與其效益展現、交易環境特性改變、企業組織內外壓力及資訊系統建置,共四項;再以層級分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process) 進行其各項目之內部比較,取其引進 RFID 各主要關鍵因素項目及其各項目內部之認定權重;並依其權重訂出物流引進RFID時之關鍵因素衡量指標的優先排序。本研究成果將可為物流業在考慮是否導入 RFID 時之重要參考。

This thesis focuses on the study of key factors that should be considered before introducing RFID into logistics industry. Basing on the experiences of IT introduction and opinions of some leading experts, a set of questionnaire was designed. There are 7 parts in the questionnaire, including external environmental factors, internal environmental factors, organizational characteristics, the trading environment, the niche, the supply conditions, and system information concerns. To the details, there are total of 70 variables be considered. The answers were collected and then first analyzed by the method of FA (Factor Analysis). Four category of key factors were derived, including effectiveness after intruding RFID, the changing of trading environment, the internal and external pressures push on the enterprise, and the establishment of information system. The AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) method was then used to identify the priority and weight for each factor. The results of this study shall be an important reference for logistics industry in introducing RFID.
