觸壓式開關自動化組裝設備之研究

中文摘要本論文以觸壓式開關的自動化生產設備為研究核心，文中詳細介紹此項產品的自動化生產技術流程。本文從基礎的觸壓式開關產品結構與類型介紹開始，讓讀者認識該產品的主要功能與產品組裝上的需求，接著探討如何以最符合經濟效益的方式來進行生產設備的投資。最後再分別研討以治工具或自動機方式投入設備研發，在機構設計方面以及設備維護上的要點。作者藉由在研發自動機及生產治工具上的工作經驗，提出若干設備在設計與維修調整上的參考要點與原則。並針對原有設備進行部份結構的改良設計，以符合更多樣化的產品生產與檢測功能。經由本論文的寫作與設計經驗傳承，讓讀者與後續參與自動化設備研發的新進機構工程師有較完整的設計經驗參考資料，協助其能快速的熟悉此工作領域，此為本論文最主要的寫作目的。

ABSTRACT The main purpose of this paper is to analyze an automatic producing system with tact switches and then make some improvement in designing the system. The manufacturing procedure of the automatic producing system is particularly introduced in this paper. The thesis starts from introducing the basic structure and the types of the products, so that the readers can understand the functions of the system and what’s required to assemble the products. Then it tells how to economically invest in producing appliances. Last, this paper focuses on how to design the mechanisms and maintain the appliances using jigs and automatic machine. According to the experiences of developing automatic machines and jigs, some points about how to design and maintain the appliances are referred. More over, some structure of machine are improved and added new functions in producing and checking product also improved some structures of the machines, added new functions in producing and checking products. In this paper, the author teaches the experiences of designing automatic producing system to the readers and junior engineers, and helps them to be involved in this field quickly.
