本體建置程序應用於產品資訊描述

摘要


全球資訊網的發展促成電子商務崛起,最常接觸到的為企業對顧客(B2C)與顧客對顧客(C2C)等交易模式,其乃透過網路媒介進行商品的資訊瀏覽與選購。產品需求者在電子商務交易過程中搜尋產品時,常會得到大量資訊,主要原因為產品提供者與產品需求者之間對產品描述的認知差異所導致。由於本體論(Ontology)對於領域知識明確的定義,本論文欲將其應用於產品描述上,以幫助消費者對於產品資訊檢索能更進一步達到語意搜尋目標。而本體論是構成語意網最重要的基礎,但建置知識本體並不是一件簡單的任務。本研究結合METHONTOLOGY與 Ontology Development 101方法,利用其中適用的概念於本體建置上。我們提出本體發展四階段程序,包括詳述階段、概念化階段、具體化階段與實行階段,目的在於發展符合需求的建置方法。研究結果可輔助建置者發展知識本體,促使產品背後具備領域專家對於產品關聯性之知識,並提供發展程序及本體建立上的相關任務工作建議。

With the advances of B2C and C2C e-Commerce, it is common for consumers to browse and select products via the internet. The product demanders are likely to obtain a great deal of needless information during their product search for e-Trading. The primary cause is that product providers and consumers have different awareness against product description. Due to ontology's ability of explicit specification in the domain, we apply it on the product description to help consumers retrieve semantics-conformable production information. However, it is not trivial to develop domain ontology. In this thesis, by merging and taking advantages of METHONTOLOGY and Ontology Development 101 for ontology construction, we develop an adequate and feasible approach to building ontology with four phases: specification, conceptualization, materialization and implementation. The result of this thesis also provides a development process suggesting related tasks for developers to build ontology that can assist both expert and non-expert in establishing the product ontology quickly and enable products to contain characteristic of knowledge.
