質子交換膜燃料電池雙極板與氣體擴散層界面接觸阻抗特性研究

摘要


本篇論文主要是在探討質子交換膜燃料電池雙極板與氣體擴散層界面接觸阻抗特性,其中包括了接觸阻抗與其性能和交流阻抗頻譜在不同壓力之下的關係,接觸阻抗是利用4種不同的係數所計算出來,這4種係數分別都有其各自的裝置可以測得,這4種裝置包括了極電板、碳板、碳紙,不一樣的地方在於其組合方式。為了探討在不同壓力之下的電池性能,這裡使用了一種特殊的自製單電池,這種單電池與一般電池不一樣的地方在於端板中心部份嵌入一圓形碳板,與空油壓機搭配使用便能隨時改變其壓力,這是自製單電池優越於一般電池的地方。交流阻抗頻譜的量測,這裡使用恆電位儀,它可以顯示在不同壓力之下的電阻值、相角圖、絕對值大小等等。以上數據均量測出來之後,分析並且探討其在各種壓力之下的結果。在本篇論文裡所用的材料裡,碳紙廠牌為SGL,型號為以下幾種類型10BA、10DA、24BA、25BA、34BA、35BA,碳板廠牌為Poco,型號為AXF-5QC。 關鍵詞:燃料電池、氣體擴散層

This paper aim at the effects of contact resistance between bipolar plate and gas diffusion layer on the performance of a PEMFC,include the contact resistance、performance and the spectrum under the different pressure。The contact resistance is calculated by four coefficients。These four coefficients are measured by different measurements。They include copper plate、carbon plate、carbon paper,the different place is associative method。In order to treat about the cell capability under the different pressure,we make a special single cell,the single cell is different from others,the carbon plate is denudation。We use the Autolab to measure the spectrum,it can show the resistance under the different pressure。We analyse and treat the data when they are measured。The carbon paper is SGL 10BA、10DA、24BA、25BA、34BA、35BA,the copper plate is Poco AXF-5QC。 Keywords: Fuel cell、Gas diffusion layer
