本篇論文提出應用於符合ATX 80PLUS 規範之節能的交/直流電源模組。此電源模組的總輸出為300 瓦。其中使用了主動箝位式轉換器來提供主電源12V/25A;而在次級側的部份,使用了同步降壓技術來提供兩組電源5V/15A 及3.3V/15A。當電源模組在待機狀態時,使用返馳式轉換器來提供5V/1.5A 待機電源。以及使用平均電流連續導通模式的主動式功率因數修正電路來降低電源模組的總諧波失真率及提高功率因素。同時使用兩階式輸出電壓方式來降低主動修正電路的輸出電壓,以減少當輸出負載為輕載(20%)及中載(50%)的時的切換 損失及導通阻抗損失。在輸出負載為重載(100%)時,將主動箝位線路的將輸出端的整流二極體改為功率晶體、使用電流變壓器和脈波調變輸出的風扇控制方式來減少總功率的耗,以達到加州能源法節能的規範。
In this thesis, we implement an energy-saving AC-DC power module for a sliver Standard ATX80+. The total output power of the power module is 300 watts under full load operation. An active clamp converter is adopted to provide 12V/25A for main power; and in secondary side, the synchronization BUCK circuit technology are adopted to provide 5V/15A and 3.3V/15A. When the power supply operates under standby mode, a Fly-back converter is used to provide standby power (5V/1.5A). To eliminate current harmonics and to achieve high power factor, an active power factor corrector is added to the implemented power module. And a two step follower boost circuit to reduce PFC output voltage which will reduce power losses of the switching loss and conduction loss during loads of light load and typical load. During high load, in active clamp circuit, output diode will be converted into MOSFET、a current transformer and PWM fan controller are used to reduce total power consumptions. To achieve EPA regulation.
