具非對稱性偶極天線結構之小型超寬頻天線

摘要


隨著印刷電路及微波集成技術的發展,各類的可攜式電子產品日趨輕、薄、短、小,要將具有超寬頻技術的功能( 如: Wireless USB等 )整合到這些可攜式電子裝置上,超寬頻天線有了小型化的需求。 本論文提出一具非對稱性類似偶極天線結構的小型超寬頻天線,借用B.Sanz. Izquierdo和J.C. Batchelor縮小超寬頻單極圓形天線的手法,嘗試將T型殘段激發寬槽天線的尺寸縮小,而仍舊能達到超寬頻天線的需求,天線尺寸從原來T型殘段激發寬槽天線的35mm X 30mm縮到34mm X 27mm,天線面積較T型殘段激發寬槽天線減少約12.6%,而天線的實測阻抗頻寬為3.07GHz ~ 11.4GHz,百分比頻寬達115%,實測天線X-Z切面垂直極化峰值增益則介於-0.7dBi~4.3dBi,但輻射場型從7GHz開始,開始失去全向性場型的特性。

With the improvement of PCB and MMIC technology, modern portable electronics are getting lighter, thinner, and smaller. In order to integrate ultra-wideband technology such as wireless USB into portable electronic devices, it comes the requirement for compact ultra-wideband antenna. In this thesis, we present a compact ultra-wideband antenna with asymmetrical dipole-like structure. By using the same approach which B.Sanz. Izquierdo and J.C. Batchelor developed to miniaturize the UWB circular monopole antenna, we try to reduce the size of a wide slot antenna with T-shaped exciting stub. The proposed antenna still supports the ultra-wide bandwidth. The size of the proposed antenna is 34mm X 27mm, approximately 12.6% less compared to 35mm X 30mm of the wide slot antenna with T-shaped exciting stub. The measured impedance bandwidth is 3.07GH ~ 11.4GHz (up to 115%). The measured vertical polarized peak gain in X-Z plane is between -0.7dBi to 4.3dBi. However, the omni-directional radiation pattern starts to decay at 7GHz and up.
