本論文利用AutoLISP再次開發出另一套標準軸承的繪圖程式系統,此軟體為AutoCAD中之資源,此系統即具備層次、可變之特性且擁有快速繪圖之功能稱為多層多頁,以達成本研究之目的。 此系統與一般的下拉式功能表或DCL對話框有所不同,其不僅是採用AutoCAD的繪圖螢幕區為驅動頁,還具有規模的層次與可變之特性。本軸承多層多頁系統之首頁將AutoCAD螢幕繪圖區規劃分割成4*4格驅動格(使用者亦可變更為任意A*B格),再將欲執行之繪圖任務,以幻燈片方式呈現於該驅動格內,最後經由程式的撰寫與程式編碼,以及程式與幻燈片之連結,便可完成執行該繪圖之任務。 軸承系統規劃區分為常用之15種標準軸承零件庫,包括:深槽滾珠軸承、斜角滾珠軸承、自動對位滾珠軸承、止推滾珠軸承(單層、雙層)、止推自動對位滾子軸承、滾針軸承(內圈無凸緣、無內圈)、圓錐型滾子軸承、自動對位滾子軸承、筒型滾柱軸承(單列內雙凸緣外無凸緣、單列內單凸緣外雙凸緣、單列內無凸緣外雙凸緣、雙列內有凸緣外無凸緣、單列內雙凸緣外單凸緣、單列內雙凸緣外單凸緣),與一個出口任務,經由此系統,即能更快速完成繪圖之任務,大幅提升繪圖之效率。
This paper uses AutoLISP to develop a new standard bearing storehouse system. AutoLISP is the source in AutoCAD. The character of the storehouse system includes pages, layers and function of automatic drawting. The storehouse system is created in a framework system called the multi-page and multi-layer automatic drafting system. multi-page multi-layer is different to pull-down menus or DCL message box. It’s not only utilizes the drawing area of AutoCAD as Driving page, but also has the level and variable characteristic. The first page of the bearing storehouse system is divided into 4 *4 pieces of driving blocks (Users can cut apart A *B pieces arbitrarily by themselves), and then carry out the drawing task appeared by slide in driving blocks. Finally, through the program writing, program coding and the program combines with slides, it can finish the drawing task. The bearing system is divided into 15 kinds of standard bearing storehouses, including deep groove ball bearing, angular contact ball bearing, automatic alignment ball bearing, trust ball bearing (single-row, double-row), auto roller step bearing, needle roller bearing(RNA, NA), tapered roller bearing, automatic alignment roller bearing, cylindrical barrel bearing(NJ, NU, NF, NN, N) and a exit task. Through this system, it can finish the drawing faster than before, and improve the efficiency of drawing.
