摘要

本論文是在Pro/ENGINEER繪圖軟體之下，配合Apache伺服器系統運用PHP、JavaScript、CSS程式語言以及Pro/ENGINEER所提供的二次開發工具模組Web/Link相互配合與應用，開發一套具有網頁介面的資料管理系統。 本資料管理系統有四個按鈕，包括個人資料，產品資料管理(Product Database Management，簡稱PDM)，建立使用者及修改使用者等。在功能上分為五種：第一，在個人資料中的一般檔案、CAD檔案以及產品資料管理屬於資料倉庫與文件管理功能。第二，標準零件庫屬於零組件資料管理功能。第三，受審訊息屬於訊息溝通功能。第四，上傳資料與受審系統屬於資料傳送功能，最後建立使用者與修改使用者則屬於系統權限管理功能。 本資料管理系統之設計，可以讓企業在產品設計開發過程中，能充分掌握管理，且在研發知識的累積及資料再利用方面得以提升，因而降低研發時間。

This project research work in developing an product data management system with the Web/Link、PHP、CSS and JavaScript languages for networked product design that can be applied on the Pro/ENGINEER software.
The system has four buttons including personal data, product database management, create user data and modifying user data. The system has five capabilities. The first, the general files, CAD files and PDM are belongs to database and document management capability. The secondly, standard mechanical components are belongs to components management. The thirdly, trial messages are belongs to the message connect. The fourth, uploading data and trial system are belongs to the capability of data delivery. Finally, creating user and modifying user are belongs to the capability of jurisdiction management.
Using the product data management system, the users can totally control product development process and promote knowledge accumulation and data reuse for reduction product development time.
