多頁多層自動繪圖系統之應用-扣環、鍵標準零件庫設計

摘要


AutoCAD事隔多年依然為當今繪圖軟體的主流,而此篇研究的目的最主要為,使用AutoCAD內建軟體AutoLISP去二次開發出一套多頁多層的自動繪圖系統程式。 多頁多層系統與一般的下拉式功能表或DCL對話框截然不同,它是利用AutoCAD繪圖視窗來做為驅動頁,將繪圖區分割成任意的X*Y個驅動格,透過整體的編排順序、程式撰寫、以及編碼的規劃,不僅讓完整的圖形可顯示在螢幕區上,並點選驅動格任一圖形,就能與AutoLISP程式做連結,完成繪圖的工作。 本論文結合了歷年來已有的多頁多層繪圖系統,並新增二個標準零件庫為扣環與鍵。扣環共分為五種,包括:C型內扣環、C型外扣環、E型扣環、C型同心內扣環以及C型同心外扣環等。鍵共分為七種,包括:切線鍵、埋頭鍵(平鍵)、帶頭斜鍵、鞍鍵、半圓鍵、滑鍵以及斜鍵等。 應用AutoLISP設計標準零件庫系統,將使AutoCAD使用者可以提高繪圖和設計效率,快速的完成機械零件,經由驅動格的介面,更能讓使用者不用學習也能有效的操作零件,在繪圖的領域中具有實質上的幫助。

Even after so many years since its appearance in the market, AutoCAD is still playing a major leading role in today’s drafting software. The main objective for this research, by using AutoCAD default software AUTOSLIP, is to re-develop a multi-page and multi-layer automatic drafting system program. The multi-page and multi-layer system and the drop-down menu or DCL dialogue box are completely different. It utilizes the AutoCAD drafting window as the actuation page, it divides the drafting area with X*Y actuation blocks sections through totally arranged orders, it programs, and code compiles. Not only with the whole drawing be shown on screen, but you will be able to click on any actuation block section to link AutoLISP to complete the drafting job. The thesis combines all the existing multi-page and multi-layer drafting systems over the years. It also added two new standard storehouses design: Rings and Keys. Rings will include 5 different types: C-Internal Circlips, C-External Circlips, E Circlips, C-Concentric-Internal Circlips and C-Concentric-External Circlips. Keys will include 7 different types: Tangent Keys, Square Keys, Gib-Head-Taper Keys, Saddle Keys, Woodruff Keys, Slide Keys and Taper Keys. Using the AutoLISP design standard element base system will allow the AutoCAD user to increase their drafting capability and design efficiency and complete machine parts more quickly. Through the actuation block interface, the end user will operate the part element base system more efficiently without any extra learning and it will help in the actual drafting application.
