摘要


Web Service發展至今,public Web Service很少,但現存WWW Service很多,如果可以將現存WWW Service轉換成Web Service將可以大量產出public Web Service。因此我們提出服務轉換方法,可以將現有WWW service轉換為Web Service,並且實作出Services Wrapper Tool簡稱SWT,使用者可以利用SWT很容易的將WWW Service轉換為符合W3C的Web service。我們進一步提出Web service server架構,運用web 2.0的精神,讓社群使用者創造與分享大量有用的Web Service。 本文主要的貢獻為將原本只能由人存取的WWW Service自動轉變成機器可以存取的服務。

Web Service has been proposed for many years. However, there are only few public Web Services available. On the other hand, there are a huge among of WWW or internet services. Thus, if those WWW services can be transformed into Web Services, the number of public Web Services can be dramatically increased. This thesis proposes a novel method to wrap existing WWW Services into Web Services. An automatic translation tool called Service Wrapper tool (SWT) to transform existing WWW Services into standard W3C Web Services is designed and implemented. In addition, Web Service Server architecture is also designed and implemented to enable users to not only to create Web Services easily but also to share their created Web Services.
