應用基模理論於基因遺傳演算法拓樸結構最佳化

摘要


基因遺傳演算法已被廣泛的應用到各個領域,在應用基模理論於基因演算法方面的理論研究也很多,但實際運用在工程最佳化的例子卻相當有限。本研究使用基模理論於基因遺傳演算法的架構,探討應用基模理論於基因遺傳演算法與傳統基因遺傳演算法的差異性。為了解基模理論應用於基因遺傳演算法的特性及可行性,本研究採用不同的參數與終止條件應用於數個測試方程式以驗證正確性與執行效率。並將應用基模理論於基因遺傳演算法在結構拓樸最佳化設計上。由結果顯示基模理論的架構除了能提升基因遺傳演算法的執行效率外,在工程最佳化的問題上也具有應用潛力。

Genetic algorithms have been applied in many engineering fields. There are many studies discussing about the theory of schema mechanism, but only few papers use schema genetic algorithm in engineering applications. In this study, the framework of integrating the genetic algorithm with the schema mechanism is studied to understand the differences between genetic algorithm with and without schema mechanism. In order to understand the performance and the viability of developed framework, several test functions are used for demonstration by using different parameters and stopping criteria. The developed schema genetic algorithm is also used in structural topology optimization problems. From results, it is shown that scheme mechanism is not only increasing the searching efficiency of genetic algorithm, but also has potential in dealing with engineering optimization problems.
