滑蓋式手機機構設計的探討

摘要


本研究主要目的是在探討滑蓋式手機結構強度設計及設計驗證,因滑蓋式手機較其他型式手機開發設計時間長及難度較高,在無可依循的設計規範下,故以實測驗證設計方式來做為研究探討,可為在日後設計同機型產品開發參考之用。 依據過去的通訊產品設計經驗,在設計滑蓋式手機專案開發過程中,探討滑蓋式手機結構強度設計,依產品測試規範及客戶特殊需求,經由實際產品對結構強度設計作驗證,在驗證過程中所遇到的問題及應對對策;將驗證結果加以統整分析,以圖表輔助予以說明。本研究結果可提升產品設計品質,並減少設計驗證次數,以達到提升產品競爭力的目標,並可做為機構設計之參考資料及日後公司教育訓練的實際範例。

The main purpose of this study is to investigate the structural strength slider phone design and design verification, as compared with other types of slide-type mobile phone development and design long and more difficult, no follow design specifications in the next, so as to test and verify the design way to do the study, the design for the future product development with the model reference. Communications product design based on past experience in the design slide phone project development process to explore the structural strength slider phone design, test specifications according to product and customer specific needs, through the structural strength of the actual product design for verification, the verification process encountered problems and deal with problem; the integration of verification of the results to be described auxiliary graph. The results could improve product design quality and reduce the number of design verification, in order to achieve the goal to enhance the competitiveness of products and can serve as institutional design reference and future education and training in the practical example of the company.
