內燃機的發展上已經有百年的歷史,在早期所使用的為機械式作動 的裝置,至今已運用了高科技裝置配合,然而設計概念和製造技術已接 近完備,為了精益求精讓柴油引擎的發展能夠達到更有效率,故在引擎 的材料上及加工技術上求得突破,使柴油引擎能降低重量並依然堅固、 且能減低製造的成本,甚至降低功率上的損失,也因如此,在未來引擎 的發展上,仍然具備著相當大的演進空間,並朝向省油、零污染的高效 率柴油引擎開發邁進。 本文主要研究如何設計引擎進氣道並能產生良好的渦流流場,研究中將針對三種不同的進氣道設計以CFD流體模擬分析方式對進氣道做流場分析,然後於流量機台上數值量測、最後再針對缺陷處做探討並修改 ,使進氣道能達到最佳化的效能以提升渦流度。

This paper studies how to design the engine inlet and also make good flow field of swirl.Study will focus on fluid simulation for three different inlet design by CFD analysis and measure on the flow bench with flow box,Then to do explore for the defect. Help inlet to achieve optimal performance and enhance the vortex.
