以XrML為基礎實現企業數位版權管理系統之權限控管

An Implementation of Rights Control in Enterprise Digital Rights Management System Based on XrML

摘要

目前企業的文件大部分都已經是數位形式，我們必須清楚瞭解來自外部以及內部的威脅，讓這些文件受到妥善的保護，內部威脅往往是公司職員所造成不當的複製、列印等，常常將公司內部的機密文件洩漏出去，所以為了保護機密文件，企業數位版權管理系統就是一個完善的解決辦法，它會依照文件的版權描述透過伺服器來進行文件的管理，可以將未經授權的人員對文件存取排除在外，本研究中將透過剖析license 取得權限內容，並以OpenOffice為應用程式讓使用者能夠受到存取控制。

Nowadays, most enterprise documents are already transformed to the digital forms. Therefore, we have to know the threats from external and internal, and make these documents been protected. The internal thread is usually caused by employee’s in appropriate behavior such as copy or print, results in disclosing the confidential document. Thus, in order to protect the important document, using the Enterprise Digital Rights Management (EDRM) is a perfect solution. EDRM not only can manage the document by according to its rights expression via the server, but also can achieve that the people who do not have the license can’t access the document. The research is going to parse the license to get rights and conditions, and using OpenOffice as an application to achieve the goal that the authorized users can access the document.
