都會區圖誌可變標誌之顯示介面研究

摘要


本研究為了因應都會區LED道路指示標的設置,以問卷調查駕駛人行車時的習慣,以及道路指示標誌對駕駛行為的影響。先期實驗問卷共有159受訪者,其中非職業駕駛人137位,職業駕駛人22位。雙變數相關分析顯示,在塞車時選擇改道的頻率也同樣與此兩項需求有顯著的相關性;駕駛人在行車時遭遇時間壓力的頻率,與替代路線指引和路段平均車速資訊的需求呈現正相關的關係。 路標判讀實驗進行圖誌可變標誌的動態與靜態判讀實驗,實驗中的標誌樣板安排了「路徑形式」、「訊息標示」和「標誌版型」三個因子。動態實驗共15人參與實驗,以模擬駕駛的影片為判讀的依據,受測者需回答標誌上所呈現的地點、路況資訊,並紀錄閱讀標誌的時間。靜態的實驗共35人參與,以單張街景的影像,給予受測者2秒鐘的反應時間。實驗結果顯示:「樣板9」、「樣板16」和「樣板19」辨識率最佳,其中路徑形式使用「虛線」,需要的判讀時間較長,而使用「輪廓」表示路徑的路況判讀績效大於「實線」和「虛線」。三種訊息標示的伴讀績效在不同問題間有差異,當訊息標示在「地點」時,到達地點這一題的判讀績效最差,而訊息標示在「抵達時間」也會降低時間問題的判讀效率。

This study aims to explore the current condition of urban traffic signs. Two parts of questionnaire were designed to 159 respondents including 137 non-professional drivers and 22 professional drivers. The first part of the questionnaire explored the problems of traffic signs ever counted by those drivers, and the second part was designed to explore the image of LED signs to the drivers in the current highway and to gather the desire of the respondents on the urban LED signs. The one-mean t-test shows that drivers usually plan ‘the road path before driving’; has ‘a limit of driving time’, want ‘to change the path when facing a traffic jam’, and often ‘face a closed road forcing the driver to change his planned way’. And the desire of having the changeable LED signs for varied traffic information is significant. These results should be noticed on the new design of LED traffic sign.
