企業推行環境管理系統之績效研究 —以某大陸傳統產業台商為例

摘要

在全球日益重視環保的趨勢下，企業如能取得國際環境管理驗證並持續維繫改善，將有助企業爭取到綠色消費商機並提升競爭力，為了解赴大陸發展的台商導入ISO 14001的實質助益，藉由學術探討，瞭解個案在實施ISO 14001之現況，最後藉由統計分析結果，歸納出結論且提供具體的建議讓個案公司、其他同業，以及有志做相關研究之後繼者參考。本研究所得結論如下 :
一. ISO 14001之五大條款構面 (環境政策 、規劃、實施與運作、檢查構面、管理階層審查)與整體績效有顯著影響，其中以規劃條款及檢查條款對於整體績效回歸預測能力較佳。
二. 在人員不同背景 (性別、單位、職級、年資、教育程度、年齡) 對ISO 14001之五大條款有顯著影響，其中以單位、年資及年齡三種背景項目，影響較為顯著。
三. 導入ISO 14001環境管理系統對企業整體而言，不論對內 (降低成本、強化管理系統、提升品質等) 或是對外 (獲得政策獎勵、提升企業形象、競爭力提升等) 皆有實質上的助益 。

The environmental protection has become the main trend in the world. If an enterprise can obtain the ISO 14001 certification and maintain it properly, it will be helpful the enterprise to strive for competition to the green consumption opportunities. In order to understand the Taiwanese traditional enterprise that conducts ISO 14001’s performance in mainland China, this study is based on statistical analysis, and makes the conclusions. To provide specific recommendations to the case company, other Taiwanese traditional enterprises and the following researchers.
The conclusions are as follows:
1.ISO 14001 of the five provisions (environmental policy, planning, implementation and operation, audit , the management review) are significant to the overall performance. Especially, audit dimension and planning have better return predictability to the overall performance.
2.The different background factors of staff (gender, department, position, merit, educational level, age) are significant to the ISO14001 of five provisions. Especially, department, merit and age.
3.The meaning for enterprise to conduct ISO 14001 environmental management system. There are internally (costs down, enhanced management system, improve quality, etc.), and externally (obtain policy incentives, enhance corporate image, competitiveness improvement etc.) that have a substantial benefit to the firm.
