本文提出一數位化控制之降壓型直流/直流轉換器,採用同步整流模式,藉由電壓回授以及數位的脈波調變控制器,完成電壓控制模式(Voltage Mode Control),使輸出電壓能維持穩定的輸出。 為了設計數位控制器,本文先探討類比的降壓型轉換器之控制器,再經由Matlab軟體提供的數位控制器設計功能.去實現在MCU當中.本文使用Renesas的MCU R8C/35A為控制平台,輸入電壓12V,藉由程式的更改,在不改變硬體的情形下,達成輸出電壓1.8V及3.3V的應用. 由實驗結果顯示,所研製之數位化控制之降壓型直流/直流轉換器.在不同的電流條件下能達成一定的穩態響應、暫態響應及穩定的負載電壓.
The object of this paper is to implement a digital controlled DC-DC buck converter. It is apply for synchronous topology. By the voltage feedback and digital PWM modulator to complete voltage mode control and given the stable and regulated output voltage. In order to design digital controller, we analysis the analog controller concept of DC-DC buck converter. Use the Matlab sisotool and digital control program. to design the suitable digital controller program and implement in MCU.This paper select Renesas MCU of R8C/35A platform for digital control. The input voltage is 12V and we can modify the digital control program to achieve the application of 1.8V & 3.3V output without the hardware changing. According to the experiment result, the implantation digital controlled DC-DC buck converter can achieve the suitable steady-state, transient-state response and stable output voltage with various output current.
