在未來石油短缺及節能減碳的時代中,去研究及發展電動車是必要路徑,本研究目的是要探討台灣產業及裕隆公司的電動車SWOT分析,從文獻探討結果及分析275份有效消費者問卷之結果,本研究找出了SWOT分析結果,從SWOT分析結果我們預期產業與裕隆公司能作正確的策略和目標,進一步研究與開發優良的電動車,來滿足消費者之需求及使他們利潤最大化。
In the future time of oil shortage and carbon reduction, to research and develop the electric vehicle is the necessary route. The objective of this study is to explore the electric vehicle SWOT analysis of Taiwan industry and Yulong Company. From the results of literature review and the analysis result of 275 useful consumer questionnaires, this study finds the results of SWOT analysis. From the SWOT analysis results, we expect the industry and Yulong Company can make the right strategies and objectives. Furthermore, they can research and develop the excellent electric vehicle to satisfy the consumer needs and maximize their profit.
