本論文是在Pro/ENGINEER繪圖軟體系統上,以其內建Pro/TOOLKIT二次開發工具模組為主,進行開發標準零件庫系統。首先繪製好各式標準零件模型,同時建立不同類型標準零件的參數關係式,並在Visual C++程式設計之環境下,利用Pro/TOOLKIT模組的內建函式庫,設計規劃標準零件功能表單以及視窗介面式連結對話框,開發出使用者只需在參數對話框系統介面中,輸入想要之設計條件,即可繪製出複雜的3D標準零件圖之標準零件庫系統。 本論文以標準齒輪作為設計開發主題,由於在使用Pro/Engineer繪製齒輪時,其繪製步驟較其他的標準零件要來的複雜且困難許多,故倘若能設計出標準齒輪零件庫系統,將原本繁瑣的繪製過程轉化為只需輸入簡單的參數,即可自動繪製出所需之標準齒輪零件,有效地縮減設計人員花費在重複性繪製不同尺寸之齒輪零件的累贅程序。
This thesis applies Pro/TOOLKIT module to develop standard part library system on Pro/ENGINEER drawing software system. At first, it need to draw all kinds of gears that is standard models. And create many different type of the gear parameter formula. Then it applies built-in function library of Pro/TOOLKIT module to design it that is screen menu of standard gear parts and UI dialog box. Develop standard part library system that can draw 3D standard part picture easily when the users only needs to import the required design condition. Design theme of this thesis is the standard gear parts. the drawing steps are harder than other standard parts, when the users applies Pro/Engineer to draw the standard gear parts. So if it can design the standard gear part library system to change the hard drawing step to the simple input parameters. Let users may use this system to draw the necessary standard gear pictures automatically. It will reduce the repetitive drawing steps very well when the designers design the gear parts of the different size.
