摘要


在許多國家每年都因為竊電造成不少的經濟損失,現在雖然已經有一些利用負載曲線或負載資料搭配不同演算法的竊電偵測方法,但是在有些情況下無法正確判斷。因此本論文提出一套在先進讀表基礎建設(Advanced metering infrastructure, AMI)環境下,利用智慧型電表量測到的電壓和有效功率值,搭配電力潮流分析的結果,判斷用戶是否有竊電。 本文用智慧型電表量測得到的即時有效功率值進行負載潮流分析,再將所得到之匯流排電壓值與量測值之誤差,透過Jacobian Matrix 計算獲得有效功率誤差值,最後依據該誤差值之顯著與否判別竊電用戶。本方法經模擬測試證明確實可行。

Electricity theft causes many countries a lot of financial losses every year. Although some papers use consumer load profile or load data to detect electricity theft with different algorithm, those are not accurate for some cases. This thesis proposes a method to use the data of voltage and real power measured by smart meter of advanced metering infrastructure (AMI) to determine customers who have the suspicion of electricity theft. This paper uses the collected data of real power to make power flow analysis, and then uses obtained bus voltage values to find out the differences from those of being measured by smart meter. The mismatch of real power will be figured out by Jacobian Matrix and the differences of voltage. Finally, the suspects of theft will be identified from the noticeable values among these real power mismatches of system buses. This method has been proven to be applicable by sample system simulations.
