摘要


以往低溫封裝玻璃含有鉛具機械強度高、封裝溫度低、化學穩定性好的優點,被廣泛地運用在顯示器、電子元件等產品,由於含鉛的成分會造成環境上的汙染,因此設計了一組不含鉛的B2O3-Bi2O3-V2O5-P2O5-ZnO玻璃玻璃系統來開發低熔點封裝玻璃。 透過改變V2O5/B2O3、ZnO/B2O3、Bi2O3/B2O3的比例以及添加額外的微量元素以及後續的熱處理,得到這個系統玻璃的基本特性。隨著加入網狀修飾劑Bi2O3會大幅降低軟化點溫度、提高介電常數。玻璃熱處理後未添加Bi2O3所產生的析晶相為ZnV2O6,有加入Bi2O3則會產生析晶相BiVO4、Bi2VO5。 本實驗目的在於研究這個系統玻璃各個成分以及析晶相對於特性的影響。

The lead contained conventional low melting sealing glasses have good mechanical properties, low sealing temperature and good stability. It widely used as panel, electronic device, etc. Glasses contained lead would cause environment pollution. Therefore we designed a set of lead free B2O3-Bi2O3-V2O5-P2O5-ZnO glass system to develop low melting sealing glasses. Through changing V2O5/B2O3, ZnO/B2O3, Bi2O3/B2O3 proportion, and adding additional trace elements, and subsequent heat treatment, we study the basic characteristics of the glass. Addition of modifier Bi2O3 significantly reduces the softening point temperature and increase the dielectric constant of the glasses. After heat treatment, the glasses will produce crystal phase ZnV2O6 without Bi2O3 and produce crystal phase BiVO4 with Bi2O3. The purpose of this experiment is to study the characteristics by changing the components and crystalline phase of this glass system.
