車內後視鏡即時資訊對駕駛接受度及績效研究

摘要


本研究首先針對駕駛者對於車內後視鏡的即時資訊是否有其他類別需求進行研究探討,並依駕駛者最需要的即時資訊做實驗及統計分析,以提供未來相關開發單位做為開發之參考。初期研究經由問卷調查後得知,一般駕駛者希望在車內後視鏡能夠提供簡單的即時資訊,而超速提示、行車距離提示、來電提示及電子羅盤為最優先需求。而在研究實驗過程中,利用駕駛者的視覺及聽覺刺激來接收相關訊息,並配合本研究室已開發之駕駛模擬器進行實驗,在實驗完成後針對駕駛者完成的實驗數據再加以統計分析。經過實驗後數據顯示,當越多任務配置產生的時候,這些任務配置彼此之間會產生干擾,使得任務配置的執行績效下降,所以當多重任務實驗配置出現時最好採取不同的顯示方式。視覺與聽覺的任務同時產生時,會使人體負荷反應變慢而且會影響注意力,因此在車內後視鏡上盡量減少不必要訊號的數量。而從實驗後的調查顯示,受測者偏愛聽覺刺激的顯示方式即為閃爍加提示音提示,當閃爍加提示音提示時績效滿意較高,而在只有閃爍提示出現時績效會下降。此研究完成後的數據,不僅僅可以提供將來在車內後視鏡資訊整合之應用,也可使用於不同情境下所提供的多重資訊,對於使用者的績效評估參考依據。

This research firstly investigates if drivers have different inquiries when using the instant information displayed by the rear-view mirror, and proceeds experiments and statistic analysis on the most desired instant information of drivers. With the above to propose practical references for related designing units to develop useful devices in the future. It is shown that the general drivers hope that a rear-view mirror can supply them with simple instant information. The primary inquiries are speed alert, travelling distance alert, call alert, and an electronic compass. During the process of the experiment, it takes advantages of vision and hearing stimulus of the driver to receive related information, proceeds the experiment with the assistance of the driving simulator designed by our laboratory, and then calculates and analyzes the results of the experiments after the completions of the experiments. According to the data shown in the experiment, when there are more task dispositions, there will be more disturbances among one another, which will lower down the executive efficiency of the allocation of tasks. Therefore, it had better adopt different ways to display when having allocation of multiple task experiments. When visionary and hearing tasks take place at the same time, a person will not be able to react aptly because of more pressures, and thus have insufficient attention; therefore, there should be less unnecessary signals in rear-view mirrors. Also, it can be observed from the survey after the experiment that the hearing stimulus, the examinees prefer will be hints made up of glitter and alert sounds. When there are glitters going with alert sounds, there will be a better efficiency. However, the efficiency goes down when there’s only glitters. The results completed in this research can not only offer materials for future rear-view mirrors to integrate different information, but also can offer drivers rich information in different situations as well as can be applied to serve as a referential basis when evaluating the using effect of drivers.
