合作策略的應用與成效之分析

摘要


在企業經營管理中,組織內部成員間的合作能夠有效地提升工作績效,並且增進員工之間的關係,若透過合作策略的應用在教學管理上,學生是否能獲得正向的影響。本研究旨在探討合作策略應用於國小六年級生社會領域之學習成效。研究方法採準實驗研究法之不等組前後測設計,研究對象為兩班國小六年級生共47人,實驗組接受合作策略教學,對照組以講述教學法進行教學,透過社會學習成就測驗瞭解學習成就,並以學習經驗問卷瞭解學生在實驗處理後之學習動機與態度、合作技巧與同儕互動、師生關係是否有效提升。採用共變數分析,排除前測的影響後,研究發現,合作策略能顯著提升學生之社會領域學習成就、學習動機與態度、合作技巧與同儕互動、師生關係。

Recent researches have shown that businesses perform much better if their training programs incorporate elements of cooperative learning which helps improve dramatically conditions for employees. What if the cooperative learning method is used in class? Will students benefit more and learn better? This study aims to analyze the effects of the cooperative learning on learning achievement, with the use of the pretest posttest nonequivalent group design of quasi experiment. A total of 47 students participate in the study, and they are divided into two groups. The treatment group consisting of 24 students adopts Student Teams-Achievement Division (STAD) teaching throughout the semester, and the control group consisting of 23 participants uses the lecture-oriented approach. All students in two groups jointly go through one pre-test and post-test, which are implemented in the beginning and late of the semester respectively. We find that students in the treatment group exhibit a more positive learning attitude, and achieve a significantly greater improvement in their understanding of six grade social studies. Furthermore, the use of STAD teaching shows a positive effect on learning motivation and attitude, cooperative technique and peer interaction, and teacher-student interaction.
