本研究旨在探討財務中心地區財務單位實施單一窗口作業成功模式之研究相關因素。希冀從研究中獲得具體結論,以提出研究建議,俾便提供上級財務中心擬訂地區財務單位單一窗口服務措施及基層工作人員提供服務之參考。 本研究方式是採用問卷的調查,發放對象除了基層財務軍官外,以及至各地區財務組洽辦各項業務的現役軍士官兵。針對回收後的262份有效問卷(有效問卷回收率為74.9%),進行分析探討,採敘述性統計、獨立樣本T檢定、單因子變異數分析等統計方法進行資料分析。根據資料整理及統計結果分析,找出地區財務單位單一窗口服務之成功關鍵因素,以提供單一窗口服務措施之參考。 本研究結果顯示: 「辦公環境設施」、「服務人員認知」、「服務人員執行態度」、「知識管理的應用」對「人口統計變項」均有顯著的正向影響,皆驗證本研究所提之地區財務單位實施單一窗口作業成功之模式
This study aimed to explore the successful factors of the financial center of the financial units in a single-window model. The conclusions of this study possible providing reference to the superior financial center to build up a single-window for serving local financial units This research approach is to use the questionnaire survey from basic-level financial officers and serving non-commissioned officers of regional office. There are 262 complete valid questionnaires (valid response rate of 74.9%). The analysis of the data set by utilizing descriptive statistics, independent samples T-test, ANOVA analysis and other statistical methods. According to the results of data analysis to identify critical success factors of the areas financial units in a single-window service and provide suggestions for single-window service. The results indicated that "office environment and facilities", "service awareness", "service personnel attitude", "knowledge management application" of the "demographic variables" have a significant positive effect and are verified in this study mention of the regional finance units in a single window mode of operation to success
