由於愛美是人的天性,這不僅對於臉部的保養,還包含體態的維持,從古至今已更流傳了許多有關於保養的史事。現今因網路與電視媒體傳播,醫學美容盛行,消費者對於新的美容資訊都很容易取得的狀況下,往往會選擇自行保養或選擇快速又能立即見效的醫學美容。 因現今消費者對美容保養流行趨勢易取得的情況下,美容SPA產業也需要不斷的進步與提升,才能贏得消費者的青睞。美容SPA產業是一個仰賴人力資源達成組織績效的服務型產業,相對在工作分析應更需加以重視。 本研究旨在解美容SPA在職人員所需具備的專業能力、技術、知識、責任,透過訪談之結果彙整,藉由資料整理分析的結果,期以提供美容SPA參考。 本研究之研究方法,以文獻資料分析及、訪談法、德菲法等方法進行資料收集,由文獻整理與問卷法等統計方法,雖可調查出如銷售業績等統計資料;但如顧客溝通與學習態度等心理因素則較難以由量化研究得到結果;因工作分析需探討到相關於工作人員的人際關係與心理條件之因素,藉由質性研究結果與德菲法、層級分析法,質與量的交互分析,本研究結果可提出貼近於美容SPA產業需求的客觀結果。藉由資料整理分析的結果,期以提供美容SPA參考,作為在新進員工招募、培訓課程安排,及有效運用人力資源能的依據。
