國小生網路使用行為、網路素養及網路安全之研究

摘要


108課綱於2019年正式上路,其中核心為素養導向。所謂素養意指個體為適應現在生活及未來挑戰,所應具備的知識、能力與態度。而今網路與生活息息相關的,更符應十二年國教新增了科技領域課程方向。此外,教育部也成立全民資安素養網,顯示出對於網路安全之重視。而過往文獻指出,學生的網路的使用行為也影響學生的網路習慣。因此本研究希望找出學童在網路使用行為、網路素養及網路安全知識及行為表現上待加強之處,以作為後續科技領域設計的參考以及素養導向的網路教學之方向。本研究採用問卷調查法來收集所需資料,問卷包括學生的基本資料暨網路使用行為、網路素養及網路安全等三個構面。以台南市公立國民小學學生高年級為研究對象,採便利抽樣的方式,發出540份問卷,共得有效問卷504份,問卷有效率約93%。問卷所得資料以spss統計軟體進行資料處理與分析,分析方式採百分比、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析及smartpls軟體進行結構方程式之路徑係數分析,研究結果如下: 一、國小生在網路素養分數具中等程度,其中資訊操作最高,資訊能力應用最低;網路安全分數具良好程度,其中網路法律與交友較高,網路防護意識較低。 二、不同的性別、年級、父母是否同意帶手機至學校、網路年資、最常上網時段、每周上網次數、每周上網時數、不同上網設備及網路最常使用功能之國小學童,對網路素養之關聯具有顯著差異。 三、不同的年級、家裡有無網路、父母是否同意帶手機至學校、學校位置、最常上網時段、每周上網次數、上網地點、父母是否在家中訂有網路使用規定及網路最常使用功能之國小學童,對網路安全之關聯具有顯著差異。 四、國小生整體網路素養正向影響網路安全。

While the 12-year compulsory education law passed and comply in 2019 and focused on the core competencies. The core competencies are the resources and capabilities that comprise the strategic advantages of life and future challenges such as specialized knowledge, technique, or manner. Moreover, the Ministry of Education also concern about the internet accessing and usage, they develop technology fields and curriculums, establish the National Security Network to show the determined on this issue. However, the students' internet usage also affects the students' internet habits. Thus, the main purpose of the current study was to investigate the knowledge of internet usage behaviour, internet literacy and internet security in the senior grade elementary school students for future internet education foundation. In the current study, we applied the convenience sampling of recruiting senior grade elementary school students from Tainan as our study subjects. The 540 questionnaires were sent out which contained personal information, the internet usage behaviour, internet core competencies and internet security, we retrieved 504 questionnaires with a 93 % recovery rate. The data reported in this paper to compare difference between groups were percentage, independent-sample t-test and one-way ANOVA via spss ver. 25.0. The smartpls 3.3.2 for the path coefficient analysis of structural equation modelling. In this study provides a clear picture of (1) The senior grade elementary school students have intermediate ability of internet core competencies, among the subscales, the information operations skill is highest and the information application ability is lowest; the finest in the internet security dimension, the internet law and dating is highest and the network protection awareness is lowest. (2) The significant difference variables correlated with internet core competencies between groups, such as gender, grade, parents' agreements of bring mobile to school, internet experience, the most frequently used online time and duration, internet access equipment, most frequently used functions on the internet. (3) The significant difference variables correlated with internet security between groups, such as grade, internet supply, internet usage regulations and functions on the internet. (4) The internet core competencies of overall elementary school students have a positive influence on internet security.
