複數年代-王清品陶藝創作論述

摘要


翻模灌漿是工業陶瓷量產非常普遍的技術,以規格化與分工制進行大量生產。筆者利用在陶藝技法中常見的注漿成形技法,進行相當數量的複製,形成許多「元件」。本文以「複數」的概念做為創作思想主軸,以陶土作為創作的媒材,希望能透過這樣的傳統製作技法,在「量化」後進行「質化」,並在創作過程中不斷檢視自己對媒材運用的方法與創新的可能,企圖讓陶藝創作產生多元且豐富的新樣貌,並在製作過程中不斷省思自己,藉由創作再次認識並充實自己。 本創作論述在學理探討方面,以1950年代之後,現代陶藝發展作為梳理研究之重點,自身創作方面,則以2010年至2014年在學期間之作品進行論述。共分為五個章節,第一章緒論,包含創作動機、目的與研究限制和範圍,第二章創作研究之學理探討,對複數意涵進行探究以及藝術創作中的遊戲衝動與象徵加以闡述,並探究東西方現代陶藝之發展。第三章創作表現與實踐,針對作品的理念陳述,包含現代陶藝創作的形式表現,複數精神創作理念,以及媒材與技法的探索,第四章作品探討與分析,主要以作品形塑心中情境與想法,表達創作理念。 最後於第五章結論,探討這種傳統陶瓷常用技法結合複數觀念,如何能在當代陶藝創作表現出新的創作精神,期待能以此表現形式呈現對台灣社會現象省思的作品,並對於現代陶藝的創作與教育推廣有所貢獻。

Molding and grouting are techniques quite common in the mass production of industrial ceramics applying standardized process and division of labor. With the common ceramic technique, slip casting, the author made a considerable number of replicates as "elements." The concept of " complex number " was set as the center of creation ideas and clay was used as a media in this work in the hope to pursue qualitative features after quantifying. More media application methods and possibility of innovation was sought continuously in the creating process for the attempt to deliver the ceramic work in diverse and plentiful looks. Reflection was made constantly in the production process to understand and enrich myself through this creating process. The theoretical discussion in this work description focuses on modern ceramic development after the 1950s as the focus of carding research. For my own work, elaboration is given for works created at college during 2010-2014. There are five chapters in this study: chapter one-introduction includes creation motive, purpose and study scope and limitations. In chapter two-theoretical discussion, the meaning of plurality is explored; play impulse and symbol in the art work are elaborated. The development of modern ceramics in the East and West is also explored. In chapter three-work expression and practice, work concepts are described including the presentation form of modern ceramic work, the meaning of complex number as creation ideas, as well as the exploration of media and techniques. In chapter four-work discussion and analysis, the creation concepts are expressed with how the work depicts minds and thoughts. Finally, in chapter five is conclusion which discuss these kinds of traditional ceramics that combine the concept of complex number. Then, how to show the artistic techniques in contemporary ceramics works. Besides, look forward to create goods which are found the reflections of Taiwanese social phenomena. The contribution that will be had within the creation of contemporary ceramics works and educational popularisation.
