消費者對室內設計風格偏好調查分析-以客廳為例

A Survey of the Interior Design Styles on Customers’ Preferences for the Living Room

摘要


隨著社會的變遷、科技的進步及製造工藝的提升,人們對於室內設計的要求不再僅是滿足舒適性和機能性,對品味也開始衍生獨特的想法,消費者希望能在室內風格中加入不同的造形元素,以凸顯個人的獨特性或令空間能彰顯自己身分地位;在自主意識抬頭的現代,強調客製化具專屬類型的商品,更加受到消費者的喜愛,所以設計從業人員經由與消費者討論,瞭解並滿足消費者的需求,便成為重要的課題,本研究試圖達成室內設計從業人員與消費者對於室內設計風格的共同認知與傳達,了解專家對風格分群情形,並就各式風格所呈現的色、形、質之特徵進行解析,研究消費者族群差異對室內設計風格偏好影響為何?……等問題著手進行瞭解,使其更趨近消費者的需求。 本研究以住宅客廳為研究案例,蒐集2002至2019年室內設計的書籍或雜誌,擷取客廳部分圖像共計161張,並參考13位室內設計業界相關專家經集群分析及會議結果將圖像分為八類群,再自八類群中每群取最具代表風格圖片三張,共計24張,進行網路風格偏好度問卷調查,蒐集消費者問卷後,依消費者人口因素分為:性別、年齡、學歷、職業、收入及設計背景等六面向,研究分析結果發現各族群對室內設計風格偏好程度皆有顯著不同,以北歐風、鄉村風、工業風與現代風較為受歡迎,接受度較低的風格以古典風、中國風、美式風與混搭風較不受歡迎,企求本研究研究結果能使室內設計從業人員瞭解消費者對風格偏好,進而滿足其需求。

As the transition of society, the progress of technology, and the advancement of manufacturing craft, people are no longer satisfied with merely comfort or functionality provided by interior design, furthermore, they have grown specific tastes instead. Customers long for different interior styles to show their personal distinctness or to make their living spaces places to show their social status. With the raise of self-consciousness, products which are emphasized “customized” are more popular than other products, hence it comes to be a very important task for interior designers to discuss with their customers, furthermore, to understand the needs of their customers and fulfill the needs. The aim of this research is to improve the mutual comprehension and communication about styles of interior design between interior design employees and customers. We will comprehend how experts classify different styles, and analyze the features of these styles through colors, shapes and textures. In the end, we will investigate how customers’ preference is influenced by their differences in backgrounds, thus we will get closer to fulfill customers’ needs. This research attempts to inquiry different interior design styles. Taking living rooms in residence houses as studying cases, I collected a great quantity of interior design magazines or books published from 2002 to 2019, and selected 161 photos of living rooms from the publications. According to the cluster analysis and results of meetings by 13 experts who are correlative in interior design industry, I separated these photos into eight groups, chose 3 photos from each group, and proceeded an online questionnaire survey. After finishing the survey, I analyzed the participants by 6 elements (gender, age, education, income, and correlation to design industry). The result of analysis shows that different groups of customers have great divergence in interior design style preferences. Scandinavian style, rustic style, industrial style, and contemporary style are more popular than styles such as classic, Chinese, American, mix and match styles. I hope this research will enable employees of interior design industry to comprehend the preferences of customers of styles, and thus fulfill the customers’ needs.
