This study aims to explore the current status of resilience, social support and psychological well-being of manicurists during the COVID-19 Pandemic, and to explore the impact of different background variables on the three and the correlation between them. Taking manicurists across the country as the research object, the research tools include "basic information", " Brief Resilience Scale ", "social support scale" and "psychological well-being scale". A cross-sectional survey method was adopted, and a total of 422 formal questionnaires were collected. After excluding invalid questionnaires, a total of 413 valid questionnaires were obtained, with a valid sample recovery rate of 97.8%. After statistical analysis by SPSS, this study found the following: (1) Manicurists displayed above-average levels of overall resilience and social support and reported excellent overall psychological well-being. "Peers" were identified as the primary source of social support, followed by "family," "customers," "organization," and "professional groups." (2) Significant differences in resilience were observed for Manicurists with over 12 years of work experience, only one child, and those with an annual income of 800,000 NT dollars or more. (3) Significant differences in social support were found for Manicurists aged 15-24, full times staff, only one sibling, and those with an annual income of 600,000 NT dollars or more. (4) Manicurists working in storefronts (including employer), no siblings, and those with an annual income between 800,000 and 1,000,000 NT dollars demonstrated significant differences in psycholo-gical well-being. (5) Self-adjustment and adaptation of psychological well-being have been found as the first and foremost predictors of manicurists current status of resilience during the COVID-19 Pandemic. (6) Significant positive correlations were found between resilience, social support, and psychological well-being among manicurists, explaining 18% of the total variance. Psychological well-being served as a complete mediator between resilience and social support.
