ABSTRACT This thesis contents five chapters, the content of which is summarized as follows: First, the introduction which discusses the origin of creation and exploration of memory form. Second, theory basis that discusses the aesthetics of nature, abstract expression, the influence of Robert Rauschenberg, illusionism, Alice in Wonderland syndrome in relation to the thesis. Third, discussion of form of expression, selection of natural material, concepts of ecological preservation, spatial dimension, ink lines, the application of abstract techniques, carpentry techniques, and utilization of recyclable material in creations. Fourth is an analysis of representative works, starting by introducing the origin of creation through a longing for nature, using the thought structure of roaming illusions combined with form, color, and significance in the analytical explanation. Fifth, conclusion. The series of works include five themes : Song of the Driftwood, Form Confusion, Cycle, Gate to the Heart, and Remain. Inspirations from natural ecology, in addition to visual perspectives from travelers and stray birds are utilized to extract images in life’s journey as inspiration for creation. The cycle of land and sky are explored through these pieces, as well as a respect for life’s value. Creations are made after studying the traits of natural materials, bringing deepest desires out from long term suppression up to the surface to convey these internal ideas in abstract form. The pieces stimulate life forms and are given anthropomorphic ideations, using the technique of illusion to muse upon the definition of straying. Natural curves and lines are followed in the creative process, combined with shapes sculpted from mixed media. This tries visual aesthetics and achieves spiritual satisfaction during creation. In terms of materials, driftwood, paper pulp, oil paints, recyclables materials, pottery clay, and iron are used to Three-dimensional space form. There is a marked affection for wood materials, as well as pastiches of mixed media, stacked colors, and layering in experimental graphic drawings. The goal of the collections is to explore life’s journey, inspire more care and empathy for the natural environment, and cherish resources while listening to the most real self-imagery in research and exploration. Keywords : driftwood, paper pulp, recyclable materials, cycle, life journey
