本研究旨在了解科技大學學生工作價值觀與學習幸福感的現況、不同背景變項的差異情形,及探討彼此間的關係。 為達到研究目的,本研究採用問卷調查法,以台南應用科技大學學生為研究對象,採分層隨機抽樣的方式進行,有效樣本共計940份,以SPSS 17.0中文統計軟體進行描述性統計、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數、Pearson積差相關等方式進行資料處理。依據資料分析結果,本研究結論如下: 一、 大學生相當重視工作價值觀,尤其是人際互動方面。 二、 女大學生較男大學生重視工作價值觀,但學習幸福感就不如男學生。 三、 藝術學院學生較不重視「人際互動」之工作價值觀 四、 具工作經驗之大學生,其學習幸福感優於無工作經驗的學生。 五、 不同背景變項的大學生在工作價值觀與學習幸福感有顯差異。 最後,根據結論提出相關建議,以作為科技大學學生和未來研究之參考。 關鍵字:工作價值觀、學習幸福感、幸福感
This study aims at the understanding of the relationship between working values and learning happiness, as well as different background variables. Analysis and discussion on their relationship were presented in this study. Questionnaire method on this research topic was conducted university students in Tainan University of Technology. Stratified random sampling was applied to 940 valid questionnaires samples. Statistical analysis software, SPSS 17.0, was utilized for data analysis. Descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA analysis, Pearson product-moment correlation, were used to identify key factors. Findings were given as below.University students care about the working values deeply, especially in “interpersonal interactions”. 1. Female students paid more attention to working values than males, but their learning happiness was faintish. 2. Art College students paid less attention to “interpersonal interactions” of the working values. 3. Students who had working experience felt more happy in learning than students who had no working experience. 4. There were remarkable significant difference on work values and learning happiness of technical university students.
